March 16th-18th, 2025

April 18th-21st, 2025

May 2nd-5th, 2025

Day 1: Short synopsis of day 1

We’ll meet in the early morning to watch the sunrise by boat adorned with beautiful cypress trees and Spanish moss. We will the opportunity to photograph ospreys and other birds in their nesting areas. In the evening, we will convene at the dock for another boat ride to photograph more ospreys and explore some of the canals for other wildlife.

Day 2: Short synopsis of day 2

In the morning, we take a boat to a wonderful rookery and photograph roseate spoonbills, great egrets, anhingas and many other species of wildlife. You will get up close and watch the birds build nest and possibly feed the babies. In the evening, we will go on a sunset cruise in the Vero Beach area looking for manatees, dolphins and other wildlife.

Day 3: Short synopsis of day 3

In the morning, we will meet in a ocean area to photograph ospreys and other birds fishing. In the evening go to the wetlands in the Orlando area and photograph a large variety of wildlife.

Day 4: Short synopsis of day 4

In the morning, we go back by boat to the rookery, find more wildlife and also look for some snail kites.

The Itinerary is subject to change especially due to weather.

The photography tour is limited to 6 people.

Pricing: $2,250.00 for 3.5 days

Payment and Cancellation Policy
A $750.00 deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your workshop. The remaining balance of your workshop must be paid in full within 45 days of the workshop starting date.
Cancellation policy is as follows. In order to receive a full refund MINUS CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES, you will need to cancel your workshop at least 45 days prior to your booked date. If you need to cancel within that 45 day window, you will receive a refund minus the cost of your deposit.

What’s NOT included?

Things To Bring:

  • DSLR or mirrorless camera. Make sure you have some working knowledge of your camera.

  • A telephoto and a wide angle lens.

  • A sturdy tripod or monopod.

  • Battery charger and extra batteries, memory cards, laptop computer.

  • Hat and sunscreen.

  • Some rain gear for you and your camera.

  • Clothing: light jacket, long pants and light gloves. It can be chilly in the mornings on the boat.

  • I will contact you before we meet and make sure I answer any questions you may have about places to stay, camera equipment, camera experience and anything else you can think of. Please feel free to also reach out if you any other questions.
